Tube-making production line is the first procedure of whole production processes of steel pipe. Our raw material is steel tape of grade Q235b.The thickness of steel tape ranges from 3mm to 9mm. We would select different thickness of steel tape for making different wall thickness of steel tube. Our production process starts from unwinding the steel tape. After several production procedures such as high frequency welding,cutting as per specified length, end surface chamfering etc. Finally we get precision steel pipe.
We can directly sell this kind of steel pipe to those clients who need further produce to precision steel pipe. For this purpose we can consider our steel pipe as customer’s raw material. But mostly we would have further production by ourselves . After several production processes such as acid pickling、phosphate、saponification etc chemical treatments, we further produce the pipes through precision cold rolling machines. Finally we get different sizes precision steel tube. We would remove inner wall oil via special devices then further straighten it via straightening machines . Finally remove outer surface oil then pack after quality inspection.
