Our quality can reach: smooth internal and external surface, no bumps, concave convex marks and machining marks, etc. Local pits can be allowed within 30mm distance from the edge of the tube core. The depth of abrasion and tiny scratch is ≦0.05 mm. The surface of the tube core is clean, free of iron chips, rust, dust, water stains, oil stains.Two end surfaces of the finished steel pipe core is perpendicular to the steel pipe axis, the cut shall be free of burrs and the end surface is flat.

A Return and replace defective goods.Freight cost incurred shall be covered by us.Problematic goods can be sold at a discount price.Compensate the customer with goods in the light of actual loss.Other means of compensation can be carried out on mutual agreement.

A Domestic orders minimum order volume is about 5 tons by truck transportation. Considering the steel pipe loaded and unloaded in containers by sea transportation, export orders MOQ generally be considered as about 15 tons for FCL shipment. 

A 30%TT deposit in advance and balance 70% TT against copy of B/L or irrevocable L/C at sight.

A Yes, we can provide free samples, generally we will provide 1 meter long steel tube samples 1-2 pieces for customer testing. Sample may free charge but freight should be paid by yourself.
