Appearance Quality | 1. Smooth internal and external surface, no bumps, concave convex marks and machining marks, etc. Local pits can be allowed within 30mm distance from the edge of the tube core. The depth of abrasion and tiny scratch should be ≦0.05 mm. 2. The surface of the tube core is clean, free of iron chips, rust, dust, water stains, oil stains. 3. Two end surfaces of the finished steel pipe core shall be perpendicular to the steel pipe axis, the cut shall be free of burrs and the end surface shall be flat. | ||||||||||||
